Collins Law Firm concentrates in serious personal injury, wrongful death cases, criminal defense and traffic matters, and large estate litigation and caveats. Collins Law Firm is comprised of the staff of David B. Collins, Jr., P.C. (licensed since 1993), Mitch Baker - of Counsel (licensed since 1976), and other lawyers and law firms with which we represent clients by association.

We offer free confidential consultations for personal injury and wrongful death cases — either on the phone or in person. Personal injury or wrongful death cases are usually handled on a contingency basis. This means that we only collect a fee if we recover money for our client and we charge no fee unless we recover money.

We offer free confidential telephone consultations for minor traffic matters. For most criminal matters, we offer free confidential telephone consultations. For an in-person meeting with Mr. Collins, we charge a consultation fee which will be applied to the retainer if we are retained at the initial consultation. Most criminal and traffic matters are handled on a flat fee basis which is confirmed in writing before representation begins.
